The Committee has very reluctantly decided that given the COVID situation it is best and the Christmas meeting will now be a remote session on Zoom only.
The voting for the Chairman’s position will go ahead as planned. Voting by email commencing in a few days when Roger issues the candidates’ statements. Email votes are much preferred but if anyone forgets we will also accept a vote via Zoom on the night. Please don’t vote twice!
We will announce the Turner of the Year results but the awarding of trophies will have to be postponed until we meet again. The Keith Sherwood competition will also be deferred until we can arrange a meeting which is likely to have a good member turnout. Even if this takes us into Spring.
