BWA warmly welcomes new members of all abilities, whether you are completely new to woodturning or already have years of experience. The club draws in members mostly from Central and East Berkshire, South Oxfordshire and South Buckinghamshire.

We meet on the third Wednesday of every month at the Priestwood Community Centre, Bracknell, RG42 1TU. Doors open at 7.00pm, with meetings starting shortly afterwards.

Membership costs £55 per year (2026), running from 1 January to 31 December. A reduced subscription is available for new members joining after 1 April, with fees adjusted on a sliding scale depending on when you join.

Thinking of joining? Why not come along and try us out first. Visitors are always very welcome at our club nights from 7pm, giving you the opportunity to meet members, watch demonstrations, see the work being produced and find out more about the club in a relaxed and friendly setting. Your first taster session is completely free, with no obligation to join.
