SUMMARY:BWA December Club Night
DESCRIPTION:Typically we would hold a BWA Social Evening with a speed turning competition\, some nibbles\, the Keith Sherwood Trophy and the annual prize giving \nThis year we will run the Christmas Social Evening as a Zoom meeting. \nWe will ask those ‘attending’ to dress up in a Christmas outfit\, perhaps a Christmas jumper. \nMembers will be given a raffle number as they join the meeting. The draw will be made later in the evening. \nWe will run the Keith Sherwood Trophy voting on the night using a Zoom Poll. To enter members will need to send pictures of their items to Viv Mitchell by 9 December so they can be circulated. \nWe plan to have Christmas based demo\, probably by Malcolm Cleaver.

DESCRIPTION:Another demonstrator well known to BWA. \nA master of the skew chisel – many of us owe our confidence with the skew to being taught by Colwin. \nWithout doubt one of the best teachers of woodturning\, working at the Axminster Tools Skill Centre and demonstrating at their stores. \nThose who know Colin will know his fascination with Christmas. He has been busy in his workshop making Christmas items as part of Axminsters “SkillCentreAtHome” series \nConkers LIVE is the latest crazy idea from Chestnut Products.
